ROC Friese Poort is a vocational education and training (VET) college located in the north of the Netherlands, providing training and personal development opportunities for approximately 15,000 students.<\/p>\n<p>The new High Voltage Breaker Simulator has been designed to meet the latest training requirements set out in the STCW 2010 Table A-III\/2 for electrical, electronic and control engineering at the management level in high voltage (HV) power systems training and education.
