Unitest has completed the installation of a High Voltage Breaker Simulator at ROC Friese Poort. ROC Friese Poort is a vocational education and training (VET) college located in the north of the Netherlands, providing training and personal development opportunities for approximately 15,000 students.
The new High Voltage Breaker Simulator has been designed to meet the latest training requirements set out in the STCW 2010 Table A-III/2 for electrical, electronic and control engineering at the management level in high voltage (HV) power systems training and education. The simulator provides an immersive and interactive learning experience, allowing students to gain practical experience and develop critical skills in a safe and controlled environment.
